Centennial Park Apartments

We were there for 5 years. It was best experience to live in centennial park apartments. Great maintenance staff with great maintenance service. Very safe environment in and around apartment, in summer time kids used to play outside late we used to walk late without any fear. We made so many amazing memories in centennial in last 5 years. We had to break our lease because we had to move to different state but we didn’t face any challenge the property manager and staff were so helpful to us and they made our move so smooth. Thank you centennial !!

I have lived her for 5 years and have been very happy with their service and communication. Recently the power went out to our building at noon on a Friday when it was -30 degrees outside. The maintenance was fantastic in making sure we knew what was happening, how long WE Energies predicted the repairs would take (8 hours) and why. The office also reached out to let us know that we could shelter in the community room until the repairs were completed, which was much appreciated. Maintenance stayed on site for the duration of the repairs. They also checked in with us once the power was back on at 8pm to make sure our power, our heat, and our water were all working properly before they went home. I had not experienced that kind of care and communication anywhere else I have lived.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing process at Centennial Park, mainly because of how we were treated by Serenity. At first, things seemed promising she gave us a tour and helped us find two units stacked on top of each other, which was perfect for our family. She encouraged us to apply and kept contacting us about it. But as soon as we showed interest, the price for one of the units suddenly changed, even though it was listed as an immediate move-in. When we asked if we could move the date slightly so we could give proper notice to our current landlord, Serenity shut us down immediately without checking with anyone. We also found out later through another employee, Adam that more units were available for later move-in dates, even though Serenity told us

I came with my family to look for two units, and while Adam was very helpful, the experience with Serenity was disappointing. Her attitude felt unwelcoming, and she wasn’t transparent about available units or willing to work with us. I used to live at Centennial Park before, and I’ve never experienced a leasing agent act the way she did. The energy was off every time she helped us, and it made the whole process uncomfortable. Adam did his best, but overall the experience felt unprofessional because of her

If I could put zero stars I would!!! Unprofessional, disrespectful, disgusting behavior by the “property manager”!! Mice roaming around my apartment left and right and I’m deathly terrified and they just simply don’t care!! I have a whole 4 month old who roams around im not keeping him there to get bit by an animal!! 4 whole days of not being able to stay there because they want to take their sweet time and wait until I go on vacation. This is not acceptable and this isn’t okay!!! I’m totally appalled by how I was treated.
