Timber Ridge Apartments

Have only been here five months, but it has been a pleasant experience. The internet works great. The office staff has been friendly and helpful and occasionally has little events or gifts for the residents. The laundry machines actually do clean and dry your clothes. The buildings are older but they are renovating the units and some are already completely updated. I was afraid of the heating bill during the winter with the outdoor hallways, but my bill has been very doable. The AC works great in the summer. The amenities and grounds are kept very nice. I haven’t needed maintenance yet, so that I cannot speak on. But thus far, overall, I enjoy living here.

I am a returning tenant. It’s a great community in Oak Creek and very affordable. The amenities are definitely a huge plus for apartment living. The apartment has a good cozy atmosphere. With upgraded appliances (all working perfect) and the new flooring and cabinets makes the apartment look amazing! The bathroom has also been renovated since I was last here. Coming back after a life changing event was a no brainer to me. My last experience was amazing that I knew coming back would be perfect. Jason and Liz made the process fast, friendly and efficient. They knew of my situation and Jason was a blessing to help the move in procedure be done in a timely manner. I’ve been living here for a few months now, and it’s an incredible place to live! The management team is incredibly professional and very helpful. The maintenance team has been great, responding promptly to work orders. The extra amenities are a huge plus—there’s a gym, a pool, free Wi-Fi, a community room, and a dog park! They keep the community very clean. I highly recommend checking out Timber Ridge if you’re looking for a place to live. A huge shoutout to Jason and Liz—they’ve made my experience so smooth!

I’ve lived here for three years now and have had a wonderful experience. The office staff, especially Jason, are responsive and always willing to go out of their way to help and be accommodating. Maintenance as well. I love having the dog park and the grounds are well cared for. They are constantly making the property better with improvements. Overall it is pretty quiet, it is an apartment though so you will hear some stuff but it’s normal. I’ve been very lucky to have great neighbors and gotten to know some of the other dog parents here.
