Country Oaks Apartments

We transferred/upgraded and we loved that we were given a couple extra days to move. I'm sure management women in the office thought we were annoying with all our questions, but they never showed it. Management women in the office were friendly, patient, and understanding. We're very happy we decided to stay on with country oaks apartments.

Chirping smoke detectors are annoying. Our maintenance guy came two days in a row and went above and beyond to find and fix the issue. We even had a follow-up from a different guy just to check in. Very awesome.

Haven’t been loving our experience here since moving-in in May. Pool didn’t open til July which was a huge reason we moved here. Being a first floor tenant in these apartments is terrible. I hear everything! The stairs in between apartments shake our walls when anyone walks up them. The renovation gives the apartments a very cold feeling. I’m not sure who decided to paint the walls stark white but it’s the home so unwelcoming. They are renovating and changing things all the time and it’s annoying! They chopped the trees around our apartment that gave us privacy. I wouldn’t recommend living here. Maintenance team is very kind, I’ll give you that!

Darrell came over and checked out my refrigerator/freezer. It was all iced up. It took him over 4 hours to take the inside back of the freezer apart and steam clean every iced part. Before he started, Darrell brought in 2 coolers, 1 for the freezer items and the other one for the refrigerator items. After about 1/2 hour he brought both coolers in and put the food back in the refrigerator/ freezer and called it a day. The following Monday he stopped by to make sure everything was still working. The ladies in the office are great! Great energy, friendly. I felt very comfortable with the tour. The houses are beautiful!
