Gables at Oak Creek by Burke Properties

I've lived here for a few years now, and I can't say enough about it. It's a fantastic place in the middle of a nice area. It's a sanctuary run by amazing people. Kim & Jamie in the office always have smiles for you and always seem willing to jump when you need help.

I want to share my experience of staying in Gables at Oak creek. It was very awesome experience. Especially kim she is always helpful person and there to help residents with any kind of issue they faces at residents and maintenance staff are awesome staff I have ever seeing they always polite and helping natural for any help need for the residents a fix the thing very fast.

A very clean area🤩, the houses are large, the rooms are far from each other and this is important👌. I liked the size of the wardrobe as it is large as if it were a small room inside a large room😍, and each room has a full bathroom and this is wonderful. I liked the presence of a washing machine and dryer and a large closet with shelves inside the bathroom. Home garden. It has a large area. I liked that there is a free car garage inside the house, a free gym and a swimming pool. So far the neighbors have been nice and not annoying. We have been living for 3 months and until this moment everything is fine. The office has fast service and the girl helps a lot in meeting your needs to provide you with The comfort is that she is a very nice girl and always handsome. The house rent is quite good

I had lived at the Gables for approximately 3 years and just recently moved due to a job change. The community is a great dog community. The layout makes for a nice walk or jog. My neighbors were nice and quiet. There were no loud parties and people were considerate. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly and professionally. The apartment was nice attached garage W/D in unit for a very reasonable price. The complex was clean and free from garbage . The manager, Jaimie was fantastic. She was personable and professional in her interaction with residents. Jaimie always greeted the dogs and knew the residents and their dogs. Asst. Manager Kim was great too. Professional and kind to all. I highly recommend this property, move here and you will not be disappointed.

I lived at the gables for about a year and a half and it was a perfect place to be! The units are very nice and it’s great to have your own entrance and balcony or porch (most of the units have this it seems), and garage. Doesn’t feel like true apartment living at all. You are centrally located to all things you may need in oak creek and close to the highway and airport, but not so close that it’s a nuisance. Jaime and Kim were my absolute favorite and were able to help with any issues that arise. They’re friendly and welcoming and do an amazing job running the place. If I weren’t moving out of state, I wouldn’t be leaving. Great place to live!
