Emerald Row

My husband and I moved to Emerald Row almost 7 months ago and we love it here. We enjoy the area and community with so many convenient shops nearby as well as a walking trail behind the apartment and around Drexel Town-square. A big shout out to Tony for being super helpful throughout the moving process and with any questions we have had since then. Thank you to the whole team and maintenance who have done a great job keeping these apartments well maintained and keeping us all informed with special events and newsletters every month.

I recently moved into Emerald Row, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience so far. The apartments are incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained — everything feels fresh and new, from the finishes inside the unit to the common areas throughout the building. You can tell the management puts real effort into keeping the place looking top-notch. Unfortunately, on my first day here, there was a small incident while I was moving in — a piece of the building was accidentally damaged while unloading. It was definitely not how I imagined starting my new chapter, but I immediately reported it, and management was understanding and responsive. Aside from that, everything else has been great. I can genuinely not agree more with the other 1 star reviews about emerald row. As one who has lived here for more than a year, I can not begin to explain my frustrations with this very poorly ran place. Management and Maintenance are incompetent of the most basic tasks. Communication on maintenance requests are ALWAYS NEVER addressed for 2 weeks AT LEAST. Even if you call the management team, (which they don't even answer half the time) they are next to useless when it comes to actually resolving any issue. It took 3 weeks to get a new dishwasher. I am now without a dryer for what has been over 2 weeks, and NOT ONE PERSON has even came to look at it. I called the management team yesterday and they told me they "ordered a part" and now today they are coming to look at it to see what is wro

Welcomed to the community by friendly Tony, continue to see leasing staff and maintenance folks on a regular basis. Building and grounds are clean, even with dogs. Location is super convenient being within walking distance of three grocery stores and great restaurants. Farmer's market and Drexel Town Square events make this feel like a neighborhood. Building events at Emerald Row are thoughtful and inclusive. The nature walk trail out back is absolutely amazing.

Great place to live! Perfect location, large apartments with brand new appliances, and underground parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Paula and Kendall go above and beyond to accommodate residents and are very caring and easy to talk to! Absolutely would recommend. Sad to leave!
