Wisteria Place of Mableton

Don’t be fooled by how “nice” this community looks from the outside. It sits right next to the Silver Comet Trail parking lot, which fills up quickly on sunny weekends. With the gas station nearby also having limited spaces, many people naturally turn to this community lot. Here’s the problem: there are NO signs anywhere stating this lot is private property. Yet the residents literally stand outside waiting to harass, yell at, and threaten people with towing — even if you’re only parking for 30 minutes to an hour to use the trail. I had my baby with me, and instead of any courtesy, I was met with hostility the second I stepped out of my car. If the property truly doesn’t want outside vehicles, the solution is simple: put up clear signage. Instead, the residents themselves create the scen

I went to visit a friend here & the tenants next door to them were loud & nosey! Then the lady said I couldn't stay past 7 o clock because it would keep her up if we were talking - its insulated better than that & we were not loud - she was just bitter & lonely! Of all the people I saw none of them were friendly! I didn't like it here!

I have visited this facility and it is fabulous. The staff is amazing and keep the residents busy with activities. We had a valentines dinner and it was so wonderful. Everyone dressed all up in their red outfits and really enjoyed it.

Sharon was rude and had a Attitude. I just needed to get measurements of my apartment to move stuff. my mom wasn't very happy with Sharon also.

I've lived here from the beginning. We have gone through changes but I can finally give a 5 star rating. fo
