The Parkton Apartments

The Parkton. It has been a journey living here, there has been several challenges. I've seen a couple of different management teams. However I must say the new Leasing Manager Sue. She has been working due diligently since stepping into the roll here at The Parktons. I had a concern and went to Sue regarding the blinds looking awful tore up tearing down the face of the apartment complex. Sue rectified that matter immediately. Previous managers explain how they dont have any blinds in stock.. I also applaud the new management because she walks the grounds she's personable, she gets to know the tenants, she sees problems in the neighborhood and have them addressed by maintenance, extermination or the ground keeper. So I'm sure if you have any concerns you can bring them to the Leasing

Excellent!!!! It has been a little over two month since I’ve moved into The Parkton, Mableton and everything has been great! The move in process went very smoothly. Ms Sue in the front office was very attentive and very helpful with making sure I had everything I needed to move in with no issues. Maintenance was very quick when I put my request thank you all so much! Helpful

The manager words: “The amenities are provided to distinguish us from other apartment communities and to attract future prospects.” THERE IS NOT AMENITIES WORKING AT ALL The lease say: amenities are not included but a permissive license to use. IF THE AMENITIES DONT WORK THEY DONT HAVE TO REPAIR IT BECAUSE THIS IS NOT PART OF WHAT YOU PAY FOR RENT. Update: Since we moved Swat operations, the police being called many times about parties in the parking lot, teenagers visibly carrying guns, smoking weed behind building 600 and 500, 2 weeks ago more of 18 gunshots came from the same area and teenagers were seen fleeing behind buildings.The amenities being vandalized, windows broken right next to the management office (just yesterday was covered). I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Aside from the way grounds are kept and the roach infestation, the management team is extremely unprofessional. Nothing is organized and due to them being short staff, the residents are expected to act as the employees. I could literally go on and on with the issues that I’ve dealt with while living here but I’m sure you get the gist by now. Terrible living experience and I cannot express enough how happy I am to finally be leaving this community. Hope this review helps anyone considering moving here.

It is a very pleasant environment since it is a space that is too free and neat, the service is very good, its facilities are excellent and very facilitating when using them, it is in a place that is too quiet and comfortable for anyone, especially for me and the residents of the apartments.
