My move-in experience was honestly better than I expected. Everything was ready when I arrived, and the process was straightforward and stress-free. Jen was amazing! She guided me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping residents. Having someone like Jen made the transition so much easier. I’m grateful for such a positive start in my new apartment!

Jen was absolutely incredible! From the moment our tour started, she made us feel welcome, informed, and taken care of. I stayed here for probably 8 months in that stay they had over 30 plus rats which I have proof of they did not move my unit which I asked for multiple times. The maintenance supervisor was terrible as well he stated it wasnt in his job description to get rats out of the unit. I am a single mom I had to fight them in court with multiple proof of rats multiple proof of mold. My ac kept going on and they stated I tampered with it. Who in their right mind would tamper with AC in the summer with kids ? This was my very first apartment/ townhome and it was the worst experience I ever had in my life ! Im not use to staying with rats, bugs, or mold conditions.

Not really a place to work with you . They are mostly out to destroy your credit instead of help you build your credit. If you are a month behind are a week or two behind they will not accept the payment. And almost triple the rent you for the next month and make their own prices. And you'll be paying 4000 plus dollars. We went months without no air . The bottom barley got cool and they'll give you a small unit and hope that it keeps the whole house cool . It's horrible there I wouldn't advise anyone to move there. They change people like over and over You'll never know who you'll get .
