Mableton Manor

Let me start off by saying I was not looking to rent. I drove by Mableton Manor and saw what a quiet and lovely place it would be to live. I went to the main office and meet with Mayra. She is super sweet and very helpful. I had many questions and she made sure that her time with me was not a waste and I was her #1 priority. That is so hard to find now a days. We looked at some apartments and I filled out my application that same day. I definitely recommend this place to live and the customer service is beyond amazing!!

I have been here since 2006. I Feel safe here. Repairs are done quickly. I loved living here until I got neighbors that smoke on both sides. For now I smell more smoke in apartment than outside. Also it is not just cigarette smoke either.

Came in and I was surprised with how nice Mayra was, from the way she smiled and treated me to the way she seemed genuinely interested in finding a great apartment for me! God Bless her!

great place to rent! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. management is always very prompt with my request , I am very pleased with my stay.

Roaches everywhere, small rooms, windows sealed shut, black mold, rude management, complete dump. Don't waste your time or money here.
