They are professional, responsive, empathetic, and genuinely doing everything within their power to fix problems they did not create. They are inheriting an enormous backlog of failures left behind by the previous in-office and leasing staff, who simply did not do their jobs. I have been part of this community for the past three to four years, and during that time it has gone through several changes, including the departure of Sparkle & Lee. Since then, Cathy and her team have truly been a blessing. They have brought the community back together and are clearly committed to creating a better, more uplifting environment for everyone who lives here. Cathy and her team have consistently been helpful and responsive. Whenever I’ve had an issue, it has been addressed quickly and efficiently. The gym equipment is well maintained, and the community gym has become my favorite place to spend time outside of my apartment. The Assistant Property Manager has been amazing since he has been here and the property has been getting better. The Property Manager Kathy has been good as well. They have been doing a great job and I hope they stay. I would recommend this place and it’s a 10 out of 10.

I've been here since 2023 and honestly, I was a bit concerned on the high turnover of the property staff because I've seen three new property managers (I came in with the OGs Sparkle and Lee) and then when Shannel came in, I was like "whew chile" and was ready to move over to The Series just because I felt the complex kept being tossed from one person to the next without any longstanding solutions. With Kathy, Jamell, and Niya, I feel a bit more better with staying it out for another year. Don't get me wrong, there are some things that can be updated like the gym, Amazon packages missing and popping back up later(out of their control) but they have been so kind and very helpful to make sense out of chaos. I’ve lived at The Eddy for the past 1.5 years in the 3000 building and my experience has been excellent. The leasing staff, especially Lee, along with Sparkle the community manager and the Fortis Property Management do a fantastic job maintaining the grounds and regularly hosting resident events that make the community feel connected and welcoming. I wanted to share some insights on some other reviews as context is important. There was a small instance of car break-ins in Fall 2024, but management responded quickly by adding additional security cameras almost immediately, within a month if I'm not mistaken. Since then, I haven't seen any other issues — I even left my car windows down accidentally for 4 days while on vacation (July 2025) and the only thing that got inside was rain. That pe
