From the very beginning, the move-in process was exceptionally well organized. My unit and floor were upgraded, and communication throughout the process was clear, timely, and dependable. This level of consistency built immediate trust and made the transition seamless. Based on my experience and that of my better half, I can say with confidence that this apartment complex is one of the best. I have lived here at cooper lake apartments from June 2023 to September 2025 and I must say it has always been a great place to stay. The property manager has a proactive and professional approach to our needs. She has been consistent at this service. Also, the community is neat and peaceful at all times. What else can I say? Yosuan is very unprofessional. She doesn’t reply to any of your emails. Once she got the application fee it was like you never existed.

I lived in this apartment community from July 2009-January 2015. The leasing office staff was always helpful and professional. When issues would arise, they were always addressed in a timely manner. Rent was definitely more affordable back then. About 2-3 years before moving the community was blessed with a new passionate, professional, and patient Property Manager named Marvel. She was very understanding and attentive. She takes pride in keeping the community at 100% occupancy. I moved away in 2015 to a rental home. Renting a home is completely different from an apartment. I felt renting a home would lead me to purchase one in the future. 2020 the pandemic happened. 2021 owners decided to sell their homes to capitalize on the housing market. I was forced to move.
