He was always prompt with getting back to me on any questions I had, no matter what time of the day it was. He was knowledgeable in considering what all my options were and did an excellent job of explaining what those options meant. He was diligent with working out the logistics of the closing on my home to ensure that I could sign the paperwork for the sale of my home (in Michigan) and also sign the paperwork for my purchase (that was 2 hours away) at one title company.
