State Street Station

I’ve been at State Street Station a little over a month. I’m enjoying everything about it. The management is always available. No waiting hours or the next day for a response. The entire place is unbelievably clean ! The gym has so much to offer. The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful. Coming to State Street Station was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I've recently moved to State Street Station as a post-grad student, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with State Street Station & Wauwatosa. The building is so beautiful and updated, underground parking keeps my car safe, and the SSS staff make me feel at home. I've really enjoyed the free workout classes, which makes it so nice & easy to meet like-minded neighbors. I would recommend SSS to anyone looking for clean, safe, reliable housing in the Milwaukee area.

I've been living at SSS since last June, and it's been the perfect place for me. I am planning to stay for as long as I can! Gary and Shelby (property managers) work so hard, and are the most kind people. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and taken care of. I've never experienced issues with noise, and the location is truly perfection. There are plenty of community events (i.e., holiday parties, vendors, workout classes) to keep entertained and meet neighbors. I have met so many other tenants, and it really feels like a community. The gym and study areas are so convenient, and the common areas are always clean and ideal for hosting events or watching a game. I really cannot recommend State Street Station enough!!!

State Street Station is a WONDERFUL apartment complex. They have great amenities, including a well kept and clean gym, two communities rooms with a kitchen, fireplace, and games, and a quiet study space! Outside of the amenities, the people that live here are so friendly create a very welcoming community! The complex puts on several social activities each month for residents to interact with each other! State Street is also located perfectly in Wauwatosa, across from Hart Park and the bike trails! There are also several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone!

This place is terrific. The property management team of Shelby, Gary, and Tony are always welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The building is meticulously maintained. The complimentary coffee station is a great place to meet fellow residents. There are many extra events that help to create a community feeling. There is a large beautiful courtyard, a couple community rooms, and a state of the art gym. It's a great location for walking to Hart park, the village with all it's restaurants, and shops. In addition, Tosa hosts many events in the village.
