Great people, attentive service with great care for details and ensuring things are done right. The owner himself handled our closing and paperwork, we felt like we were in good hands. This was for our second property and should we need to purchase another, we will definitely use this company again.

Awful experience with them. What should have been a routine closing became needlessly stressful. This company gave Citi wrong instructions and then themselves rejected the wire. To top it off they didn't even notify us. They sent some new instructions which were humorously cryptic. The cherry on top was how rude they when we arrived for the closing. I for one can't wait until this sketchy business gets disintermediated by blockchain.

Ron was a pleasure to deal with. All of the paper work was ready and all of the numbers were accurate. Although we arrived early, he was well prepared. Professional, courteous, and punctual.

The closing agent didn't even verify my identity, they were very rigid about accepting cashier checks
