If you're thinking about working with John, DO IT! I've worked with several realtors in the past and no one holds a candle to the work ethic, commitment, and integrity John has. In this market you have to move fast- and John moves faster. I am a night owl and would obsessively refresh zillow/MLS searching for houses. I would send requests for showings at 10pm that didn't even have pictures up yet (we were looking at a specific, high-demand area) and he would respond immediately. Several occasions we would have showings scheduled before the listing pictures were even uploaded! John worked diligently for us- and treated us like we were his #1 priority.
