I highly recommend Integrity Appraisal. Dan was so professional, thorough and calming with us as he went through our house. He showed us what he was looking at and provided his report within 1-2 days.

I just had (Feb. 2025) a great experience with Integrity Appraisal. I called and left a message and Dan called back promptly. He let me pick the date & time for our meeting at our 4-family. As a senior citizen (78 yrs) I so appreciated his help in carrying a heavy box to the upper lever before we even exchanged more than Hello. He was very thorough and so polite with our tenants. I had so many questions and he had so much knowledge about the topic of real estate. Because we're selling on our own he gave very valuable advice. As a professional in the Mortgage Lending arena I interact with dozens of appraisers. Dan, by far, stands out from the rest. I know when Dan does his appraisals, they are true and correct. Dan does not allow his personal opinion affect the appraisal. I have 100% faith in his ability as an appraiser and his work ethic. So much so that he did my personal home appraisal.
