It truly feels like this apartment was shown to us by divine guidance. Every corner of the building reflects Joy’s excellent management—her care and attention to detail are evident everywhere. Having laundry facilities on every floor is an incredible convenience. Both underground and outdoor parking are spacious and easy to access, and the guest parking area is generous as well. The apartment is located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. When you open your window to the right, the cozy Stone Creek Coffee Shop greets you. Just a three-minute walk takes you to the beautiful Village of Tosa downtown and the serene, tree-lined Monomonee River where the most picturesque Farmers Market is held. I moved in a couple months ago and have loved living here! The property manager Joy is very helpful in answering any questions and our maintenance requests have been resolved super quickly. The location is perfect, the apartment is spacious, and the complex is safe and quiet!

We have lived at Wilshire Manor for two years, and will be going on our third year! We love the area and it is a perfect location to get to the Village, MCW or downtown Milwaukee. We lived in a 1 bedroom for two years - it was spacious and a great rent price! We just moved into a two bedroom and we love it! Very spacious, in unit washer and dryer and the finishes are all very nice and updated. Joy, our property manager has always been so great to work with. She is so kind and helpful and is very prompt with questions and feedback. Joy keeps the community updated and keeps everything updated. We would highly recommend living at Wilshire.
