Celene Diedrick "leasing consultant" was fake pleasant until i applied, then she completely stopped answering my calls, forcing me to send emails to contact them about issuing my refund for the $250 Admin Fee. They finally answered once i called from a different number. Abraham Sabbahh "property manager" now keeps making excuses and delaying time in issuing my refund. ITS GOING ON 3 WEEKS NOW. IVE FILED THE BBB COMPLAINT, and now i will wait to see what comes of that. They also showed dirty apartments for the tour.

The office team? I can't say enough good things about them! From day one, it was clear they genuinely care about their residents. The team is friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. They go above and beyond to maintain a welcoming environment, whether organizing community events or promptly addressing maintenance requests. 💯 It's refreshing to experience a team that truly values its residents. I feel fortunate to call this place home and appreciate all their hard work. Thank you for everything you do! Shouts out to the entire maintenance crew, Kim, Manise, Carolyn, and management.

Do NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! They only care about fees fees fees fees fees and more fees…. They say the only fave one maintenance man to tend to all of the units they lie about visiting units and copy it as if they’ve completed the job. You have to wait weeks upon weeks for any type of service, but don’t be late on anything because you will be charged a fee if you move here, you’re as dumb as me.

Miguel did a good job was polite and friendly. He was swift and we were able to cool the house because he acted fast
