Working with Renaissance Management Group has been an absolute pleasure for our construction company. Their professionalism, organization, and commitment to keeping projects running smoothly make all the difference. It has been great working with Trish and her team. They truly go above and beyond, and we couldn’t ask for a better management company to work with.

I wonder what is it about property managers that makes them think they can speak to people in a demeaning tone. A word to all that work at this company. The Golden Rule will never fail you. Speak to others the way you would like to be spoken to. You provide a service, you are hired to do such service, in this case you're managing a property. If you don't want to speak with a tenant or anyone for that matter, then find another career. Yuck!

RMG, as a Property Management Company, has proven to be a terrific choice. As President of a condo association, we were in dire need of a rescue and assistance to manage our building. They have provided excellent service, from straightening out our finances, screening new owners and overall care and attention to our building. They have removed a significant burden from the board members and have made taking on this role much easier. Highly recommend Renaissance Management Group as your next property management company !!

Trisha and the team at Renaissance Management Group does an excellent job managing my community.

Worst management company in the USA . Manager Trisha Soman is never available nor in the office .Joy is the only person answers the phone and she knows nothing about the contacts so she has to speak with Trisha and get back with you.Joy never calls back because she can't get the information from Trisha .Joy is very pleasant and not the problem as she's the only one answering the phones and is obviously overwhelmed. This company is a big joke and should not be considered by any organization needing property management. I gave 1 star because 0 stars were not a option.
