She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is an expert at her craft. My pleasure to have had her assistance and guidance. Wish I could give 10 stars.

The service provided by Splendor Realty was amazing. Through the entire process, the owner's main focus was ensuring that all my questions and needs were fulfilled, and I had a lot of questions and concerns!! The owner had the patience of Job, and we finally closed on a home. I was so impressed with the entire process the first time, I have since returned for a second purchase and experienced the same amazing service from Splendor Realty. Trisha Soman was the person who was representing this company - lets talk about being rude, aggressive, stressed out person and out of control, who was the worst to deal with. In my real estate experience I would rather lose a deal than working with this person! Was attacking the Owner and pushing the tenant to make rushed decision. Never recommend this company, and I strongly agree with prev Poor - Fair review. I do question the credibilty of their good review. Hope they offer personal development, communication, and 21st centruy business to their staff or hire the right one. Thank you!
