Westgate on University

I recently rented an apartment at Westgate on University, and my experience so far has been very positive. Miss Solangel helped me a lot throughout the entire leasing process—she is extremely kind, patient, and professional. The rest of the staff is also very welcoming and supportive. The amenities are up to the mark, including a well-maintained gym, swimming pool, and a play area for kids. What stands out the most is the pleasant environment and cleanliness of the community. I’m really looking forward to a comfortable stay here for the next 15 months, and hopefully I’ll be able to extend my lease as well. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to choose Westgate on University. Special Thanx to Miss Solangel.

Solangel at Westgate of University Apartments was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was extremely welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything, answered all of our questions, and made the entire tour smooth and enjoyable. Solangel truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. The tour was amazing, and the community itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Because of her outstanding customer service, we’re definitely looking forward to moving in soon. Highly recommend asking for Solangel if you’re touring—she’s the best!

I had lived here for over a year before leaving and loved the amenities. The staff is professional and well-informed about their roles, from the community manager to the groundskeepers. They are truly a great team that works together to keep the place running. I personally visit them often, as my time there built great relationships with the staff. So I advise you to go and see if you have a great experience to share for yourselves.

From follow up calls and emails, to paper work, and signing my lease, Josie worked diligently with me, answered all of my questions and concerns, and overall made my experience a very pleasant one!
