They were knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent about the process, which we really appreciated. We visited the facility with a family member who is interested in senior living options. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff members. We had a comprehensive discussion about the community's offerings, during which we felt no pressure, and everyone was very accommodating. We took a guided tour of the community and observed that the residents appeared happy and satisfied, which helped make our senior family member feel comfortable. All of our questions were addressed satisfactorily, and we left our initial visit very pleased with the experience.

I can honestly say Park Tower Senior Apartments is perfect for 55+ active adults seeking comfort and community. It was an absolute pleasure working with Rick Drew, the leasing manager. He was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate me throughout the application process. Even though the process was tedious and required extra attention, he never gave up.
