The experience was very pleasant. Ashley was very detailed, transparent and very friendly. The staff in office willing to help , Convenient options to make deposit payments offered . The units are well kept and community seems safe. It was a pleasure working with staff. Thank you Ashley, Tom and Mariela you guys are awesome!

Every time I try to give these folks the benefit of the doubt… I’m reminded that I shouldn’t. I really wish they could get some folks upfront that understands resident relations and does not have a superiority complex. However, I think some character traits are a requirement for the job. Any decent person, has been gone within a few months. This place was great my first 8 months, when it was Heron Landing, now they can barely keep tenants. When I moved in, I had been waiting. I have watched this place change management company and full staff about 5x now. And, they still can’t get it right.

Absolutely disgusting. This complex thinks it’s okay to drag an evicted tenant’s belongings out and dump them in front of the building like trash. It makes the whole property look dirty and unsafe. If this is how they handle situations, it speaks volumes about their lack of care for residents and the community image. Nobody wants to live somewhere that looks like a junkyard. Do better. Definitely calling the city !

This complex is roach infested, maintenance and pest control is a joke. Several property managers have come and gone. Now I understand why people are moving out at such a fast rate, then they hit you with a bunch of fees on issues you’ve had the entire year you’ve lived there. If you could avoid this place avoid it !! It’s not worth the headache . It’s literally just a roach motel in a nice area .

Wonderful place to live the office staff is very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure everything is at its best. The move-in was super smooth. I definitely will recommend if anyone looking for a nice and lovely place to stay.
