Windham Hills (TriCity)

I have been a tenant since 2018. I was told that it is an income based apartment. It is hard trying to make ends meet. $699 is hard for me. I know that Rent Relief has closed. I wish I could just come up with $350 instead $700 every month. I will continue to pray.

The new owner are the worst. You can't get anything fix properly. It takes days to get anything fixed or to come check the problem. The apartments really needs to completely renovated. I had leaks, and the floors and walls are beginning to be warped. The plumbing is very old and noise and tend to get backed up easily. I moved out of the apartments 5 days ago and I am glad to have left. The guy in the office is good but the owner is horrible.

New owners should really change the management team they have here. Because they are so unprofessional they never answer the phone when someone has a question or a maintenance request and always have an attitude if you bomb them with calls because no one wants to answer. My gf and I would probably not be renewing our lease with these people.

When it's time too renew the lease the rent is going up to $950.00 for everyone I was told this on 3/3/2023 that is outrageous?
