Mayton Transfer Lofts

I’ve really enjoyed my stay in Mayton Transfer Lofts over the last year. There are cons, as with any complex, but the pros have outweighed them for me. Leasing office 5/5 Throughout my stay here the leasing team has been incredible. From my initial tour, to signing the lease, to literally any issues I had, the team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely cares. The team also holds little community events which are always fun to attend / participate in. Maintenance 5/5 The maintenance team has been incredibly responsive and always pleasant to deal with. Basically every issue gets resolved within 24 hours and often the same day I submit a ticket. Trust me, the maintenance team is awesome here. I recently moved into the Mayton Transfer Lofts. Kim, the manager is a friendly professional who is excellent at her job. She made the whole process seamless. From our initial appointment through the showing(s) , to answering any questions about the apartments, she has been excellent. Go visit the Mayton Lofts and ask for Kim! This was by far the nicest and cleanest place I’ve looked at in my search for a new place. Can’t wait to move in. Leetha was extremely nice and had answers for all my questions. Kim was also very nice. They both made me feel very welcome. I’m looking forward to my new home.

8/30/24 update: I’ve been here for about a month and it’s been interesting to say the least. Fast forward to 8/28/24 my partner was visiting and had his windows smashed in over night in the guest parking lot along with 3-4 other cars. Speaking to other people who live here apparently it’s a common thing and both the local cops and office are aware. Spoke to the office and while I get they don’t have control over everything, I do think there is stuff they can do to help. Add more cameras, put cameras in the guest lot or cameras facing the guest parking lot, actually close the gates to both lots at a certain time. One of the reason I wanted to rent here was the gated community but looking at the reviews the gates have never worked. It’s extremely frustrating and nerve wracking to wonder if
