My experience living at ArtistSpace Lofts was unfortunately very disappointing. Our first interaction with this complex was actually in 2022 when we applied and dropped off a money order. Shortly after, the building had a major leak issue that displaced residents. After submitting our application and payment, the leasing office essentially disappeared. Calls and voicemails were never returned, and multiple visits to the office led nowhere. Eventually a new leasing staff took over and we just counted the money as a loss. In 2024, we decided to try again. This time the process went smoothly thanks to one leasing agent who helped us get approved, and we moved in November 2024. I moved in back in July. The apartment that I moved into is beautiful. The folks in the leasing office are nice. But ever since I moved in, I've had to deal with extremely noisy neighbors. They will either be playing music or video games, and the vibrations from their subwoofer or speakers comes though the walls. This happens during daytime or Quiet Time which is from 10pm to 7am. The noise has kept me from sleeping at night or just trying to watch my TV. I bought noise canceling headphones just to drown out the noise from the neighbors since management seems to have done nothing except give warnings to these neighbors. UPDATE******* Feb 2023!!!! So this property has new management in house and they have completely turned this place around!!!! We have regular trash collection, our building gets cleaned!!!! (Although some tenants could take more pride in their cleanliness) we Also have a better security system which works correctly buzzing guest in, our garage parking area is clean and works properly…I tip my hat to Nicole and her team… they have really made my home worth having…I Will be staying another year now… check out the new pics below. The doors have been fixed as well with paying homage to the young lady that transitioned too soon. We even have an Artist committee being Created to highlight local talent. I’ve lived here for four months and feel like I’m finally home. Hermione 🐈 and I have had many moves and this is a beautiful space to land. The team here in the office and in maintenance, grounds, everyone has been supportive, kind, and helpful. Moving in, there was even a team of guys who offered their help transporting boxes and navigating the move. Importantly, I can’t thank Giselle enough for her warm, thoughtful, professional welcome and meticulous work helping me move in. This is a wonderful place to live and I’m so happy to be living in a place we absolutely love with beautiful architecture, timeless style and devotion to the arts.
