Perry Street Lofts

I scheduled a guided apartment tour for 12:15 PM on Monday, December 15th at Perry Street Lofts through their automated scheduling assistant “Oliver,” which confirmed the appointment via text message and showed that this time was available — which is why I booked it. When I arrived on time for my tour, before I even reached the leasing office, I noticed that the entrance area was covered in dog waste. This is extremely unsanitary and disrespectful not only to residents who do clean up after their pets, but also to prospective tenants visiting the property. When I reached the leasing office at my confirmed tour time, no one was present. I waited until 12:30 PM, and then returned again at 1:00 PM, at which point a staff member was finally inside the office. Based on other reviews, I am ass

Had an appointment to do a self guided tour. Went to the leasing office as I had not gotten any information about where to go and what to do. No one was there. Called the number and got the ai assistant that did not assist. Got tired of waiting and left. Ran into two wonderful women there who gave me some inside info. One of them was talking about breaking the lease. Apparently they take forever to fix things. Never in the office, and hay have issues with paying rent. Glad I ran into them. Edit: I did reach out as the comment says and it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve heard back. Still waiting on my call back.

I had a tour of the Star Lofts today, and it went well. Jasmine was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I had many questions. She was straightforward and honest in the answers to my questions and very professional. I'm looking forward to going further in the process and hopefully I will have a home there in the near future. Just had an amazing Tour at Perry street Lofts. New Management team! Jasmin Wells was my Tour Guide.She did a great Job.Warm and knowledgeable. I’m sure I’ll be applying.

Absolutely unprofessional and doesn’t care at all. I stopped by to leave my information because my daughter’s birthday gift got delivered to their mail room. I’m not a tenant so I can’t get into their mailboxes. Manager wouldn’t even come up to assist me or allow me to leave my contact information so that we could try to get the my package. I could hear her absolutely rude remarks down the hall. Terrible customer service
