Really enjoyed touring the community with Janet. The apartments were surprisingly spacious, especially for the price, and I loved that there’s a pool on-site.

0 stars was not a option this place is the worse. I moved in April 2025 have been asking for a screen for my kitchen window that was missing the day i moved in april 1st this is December still no screen let the young lady in the office she writes it on a sticky but nothing happens. It's ashame something so simple can get resolved. This place is so irritating

Avoid like the plague. Cops are here daily. Maintenance doesn’t do a thing. I’ve had my car broken into 6 times this year. Absolute hell hole with mold in the vents they refuse to acknowledge.

This is sad.. if you thinking about moving out here and you have more than one car then don’t.. they don’t have enough parking for the amount of people living out here and parking go fast.. you can’t even go out and come back 9..10 at night cause parking gone and they will tow your car..why have towing patrolling the papering lot when you know you don’t have enough parking. It’s June 1st and this the second time since April 18 my car got towed with a STICKER that shows I pay rent to live here My rent and never been late and I’m thinking bout breaking my lease out here

Stayed in Ivy Gates 2 years in which people parking in my parking spot became an ongoing issue. I've had some work orders that were put in which all got filled except for my bathroom in which was marked completed and never was so I put it in again and it still wasn't completed before I left. The apartment wasn't painted for the two years I stayed however the over charge for painting was ridiculous and taken out of deposit in which haven't been received yet and I've been out almost a month.I will say office manager Diane was pretty gud with communicating and trying to make Ivy Gates a nice place to stay.
