Long Lofts

This place is horrible to live in. People breaking into cars at night. Other tenants stealing from other tenants. The property only has cameras in places that benefits the property. Poop everywhere because the tenants don’t clean up after their dogs. Bills are high when they don’t need to be. Electricity bills crazy because the lofts have little to no insulation with high ceiling so if you want to be warm you have to constantly keep the heat on. I do not recommend living here.

If I could give zero stars I would, because even one star is generous. Awful, awful experience. I applied on 7/18/25 & was denied. During the online application process, when I signed, it stated that if the application were denied I would receive my $150 holding fee back. I have called nearly everyday, sent emails, left voicemails even drove 30 minutes numerous times to visit the office & no one is ever there, or answers the phone or returns my calls. It is now 9/17/25 & I still have not gotten assistance or my money back, which is unacceptable. If you’re searching for a place to live I 10/10 do not recommend this place. If this is indicative of how communication is handled & people’s money for just an applicant, I’m sure actual residents may experience this nightmare as well. Long Lofts,

I would like to show a huge gratitude to the building's property manager Ms. Alicia. She has made the process much easier by always being available to answer any questions and concerns. I also love that the property is very pet friendly for my furry little one.

I have lived at a couple of loft properties in Petersburg and the best is Long Lofts. The apartments have amazing kitchen and bath areas. Granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. People in the building is very friendly. The building manager (Alicia) is very accommodating as far as maintenance request for the apartment or any other needs. Can't go wrong choosing this place!!!

Absolutely love it here. Going on my second year here. Alicia the property manager is on top of her game!! Shes the best! She listens and is very active within the property. Would recommend this property 10 out ot 10!!
