Willow Lake Apartments

Terrible place to move in if you have kids. One bed one bath is about 1200.00 per month. Rent was going up about 100.00 per year, yet no renovations were made to what mattered. Ac units are extremely old, and maintenence department takes forever to fix any issue. Most that was done was some exterior paint. Security is terrible. Had my car broken into once with personal items stolen, one vehicle stolen, and car towed because it was stationary for a month (I was off work). Not to mention there was a stabbing in their parking lot. Price does not match the community.

I have lived here for a year, and as of May 2016, the residents of willow lakes are rioting. Mold is on the ceilings. The place is cockroach infested. And the new management quit in May because none of the repairs or tenant laws were being taken care of. We were ignored. Now that the Clovis PD is looking into the matter, now the office is rushing to get maintenance done. Except there not. There is so much needed to be done that they are back logged in in repairs and safety code. Outdoor lights have been out for a month and my broken dishwasher has been in the back log for three months. I am not happy or comfortable living here.

I lived here for a year and personally, had no problem with it. My area was always quiet, my neighbors kept to themsleves, and I never had a single roach. I know that there was a recent change in management and the previous manager was very bitter about the place. When doing my safety check, he complained about a secretary in the office the whole time. (Yeah. She is actually pretty rude and always seems SUPER annoyed if you ask her something. I got the feeling that she thinks she's better than everyone). The new manager, however, seems super sweet and like she knows what she's doing. Personally, I liked living here. Yes, the buildings are older, but rents super cheap, and it's in a good location. They are trying to fix everything as alot of things were out of code, but hey, you get what y

I lived here from 2013 to 2015 and it was fine at first. Clean, the people were nice, never had a bug issue in our place, pools open but then summer came along and the ac did not work. We called and called and it took a long time for anyone to come out and when they did, nothing got fixed. It was still hot in the apartment and we put in a request again and nothing changed. I really don’t know how we stayed for so long. Probably because the price was right. The maintenance was good and the grounds were maintained until it switched hands and then everything went down hill from there. The complex started to look worse, lights outside we’re going out and not getting fixed. Worst apartments to live in. The are roach infested from top to bottom. Management "fumigated" once and then ignores you. Our apartment was personally attacked due to past residents and when we complained about our windows broken cause of a break in no one came. After your 1st month or 2weeks there they don't care about the MANY problems in your apartment. They tell you the neighborhood is quiet and clean when our neighbors were loud and trash was found all over the roads. Their sparkling pools good luck trying to swim in them cause they are either dirtier than their roads and trash cans or closed for "maintenance" in other words their lazy staff doesn't wanna clean up your mess so they lock it. The women in the office are the devil. Pray something doesn't break down cause you aren't gonna
