Willow Falls Apartments

Eric and Wes were great to work with! The communication was exceptional. We did have a few issues upon moving in but they were quick to make things right! These apartments are in a nice quiet area and an awesome location for everything you would need with walking trails close by!

The Property Manager is rude, dismissive and unprofessional. He does not want anyone taking his time to ask questions or even showing the apartment. And don’t dare contact him for any reason because he will be so annoyed he won’t respond and he probably won’t renew your lease. How dare you bother him! The property owners should fire him. He is terrible at his job!The units are poorly built with problems with overflowing toilets and water leaking through the ceilings. Very cheaply constructed units and completely overpriced! Unresponsive to maintenance requests. There are so many other better apartments to rent in Cedar Falls for this price or cheaper. Yes, unfortunately we have met and this is a legitimate review.

Apartments are definitely smaller, very nice but too expensive for the size. Over all they are very nice but the managers of these apartments need to hire a better cleaning service because maid-pro did a shity job when my parents moved in

Great place to live. The Team is responsive to my needs. I feel safe.
