Trailside Apartments

This looks like a great first apartment for college students. The unit we visited had a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all the basic amenities. Two bathrooms and two showers for 4 roommates/bedrooms. There is a nice looking pool on site, as well as sand volleyball. There is plenty of parking, with select car ports for an additional fee. The apartments aren't in the greatest shape, but they are used by college students, and for that they are in great shape.

Hi, my name is Kayla Welter and I’ve been living at the Quarters Cedar falls for around a month now! My favorite part about living at the Quarters is the amenities they have to offer. I love being able to come home from class and sit by the pool, get a workout in at the gym, or even just swing by the clubhouse to grab a coffee. I also love that they provide so many activities throughout the year.

I have loved living at the quarters for the past few years because there are so many pros! For example, I own a pet and it is pet friendly here so that is a huge plus! Also, the amenities such as the gym, pool, and sauna are great additions that makes this place such a good environment to be in! Everyone is friendly and welcoming in every which way.

The Quarters Cedar Falls is truly a gem when it comes to apartment living. From the moment you step onto the property, you can tell that it’s designed with comfort and community in mind. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating a cozy and peaceful environment that makes you feel right at home. The amenities are top-notch and add so much value to the living experience. Unfortunately my experience at The Quarters was terrible. After UNI took over everything was a mess. it took weeks for maintenance to come, they tried to claim that we “didn’t move out in time” and fine us when we did. And the worst thing they have done is steal our $400 security deposits and refuse to return them simply because they “don’t have it on file” very unfortunately was a great place to live before the school took it over. If you live here you’ll probably have to go through legal battles as I am currently.
