Nicely done interior! Very clean. Even has a few decor pieces that make it feel like home! The laundry is awesome. You pay with your phone and it updates when it’s done! Small kitchen with plates and silverware and if you need a full stove they have a designated area and is very nice! This place is well thought out and well done. Eric is awesome to work with! I locked my keys in my apartment and he came promptly with a smile and words of encouragement!

The apartments are very clean, and nicely designed. The landlord is also very communicative, so any issues/problems are always handled. The Laundry mat that is available to the tenants is also great! It does cost money to use, but it’s affordable and well worth it. Many washing machines, that can handle heavy loads but still remain effective. As well as dryers that ACTUALLY dry your clothes in the designated time. All machines are well kept too and clean. All in all! Very happy with my apartment and the environment of the building :)

I love it here. The landlord responds in a timely manner. Any issues I have had which has been minor, has always been taken care of with urgency. My space is very clean, modern, and peaceful. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet. So would I recommend this place? Yes, Highly recommend.

Everything with the apartment itself is amazing but I’m afraid the demographic is more on the prissy college kid side with a few notable outliers
