Jon was the right choice for our inspection when purchasing a home from out of state. Based off of reviews, Jon seemed like a great choice for a home inspector. We were able to talk to him the day prior to the inspection and go over the process with him. We received our inspection report the same evening as the inspection and were thrilled to see how thorough he was. He not only explains his observations, but also how they could become an issue down the road, as well as general recommendations for remediation. Overall we were very satisfied with Jon's service and would absolutely recommend him to others!

I cannot recommend Jon Bronemann Home Inspections, LLC highly enough! This was by far the most thorough and detailed home inspection I have ever experienced. From start to finish, Jon was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to go over every inch of the property, explaining what they found in clear, understandable terms and offering recommendations along the way. What stood out the most was their commitment to making sure I felt confident and fully informed. No stone was left unturned—they checked things I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about, and the final report was incredibly detailed, organized, and easy to follow...basically the report gave us a "checklist or to-do list" with recommendations. Jon gave us complete peace of mind in moving forward

This is my 2nd time using Jon Bronemann to do a House inspection for me. HIGHLY recommend having Jon do your inspection, he is very detailed and takes his time. Very upfront and honest and his reports are a great tool to have to keep as a "check list" as you are updating things or maintaining the house. Thank you Jon, you are the BEST!
