Park @ Nine23 Apartments

I recently toured a few apartments at Park @Nine23, and it was a great experience! Tony was positive, welcoming, and very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions clearly and made the tour feel comfortable and informative. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a lovely experience — I would absolutely consider living here!

Took a tour of a couple apartments and it went amazing! Tony was our guide and he was very positive and easy going. The staff there is more than welcome to answer any questions or concerns i had. I had some tour scheduling issues but nothing serious or bad. overall lovely experience, would absolutely live here!

Tony was an amazing guide to tour with! He was very welcoming and understanding when I made the decision to go with a different apartment that is closer to my work. He explained everything and kept in contact frequently but not spamming me with emails. You are in good hands when it comes to Tony!

Today, me and my Boyfriend took a tour of a few apartments with the wonderful help of Tony! He was super helpful in showing us not only the apartments but also the community areas that are available on the property. Tony was amazing and very knowledgeable. We are definitely going to apply and have this be one of our main options for our future apartment/ townhome!

The manager was out that day so I didn’t get to meet her but the other staff lady I met was nice, which I’m sure the manager is also. The office and property is well maintained, very clean & modern looking units. Like the fact that Tony took his time explaining everything about the units and community throughly. I would totally live here.
