Willow Creek Apartments & Townhomes

Beautiful property but only in the mornings after Walt pucks up all the kids trash they leave all over. Not to mention, there's a bunch of wild kids running around cussing, no parent in sight, they leave their toys and bikes all over the property and or the parking lot. They destroy property, Walt just painted the dumpster fencing for the kids to take permanent marker and write 67 and drawings on it. Just seems to being turning Into the Arbors at this point because of these unsupervised children running wild unfortunately. If you want to rent here, you might want a townhouse ALLLLLLLL the way in the back. Definitely NOT the front nor middle.

If I could give zero stars, it would definitely be just that! I currently live out here and between so and so (Won't say their names, have it documented though) they are not putting in the rent on time before the 1st but are collecting it, and giving tenants late fees for no reason. Not to mention, the harassment of emails and text messages we are receiving about payment of rent and late fees. *Know your tenant rights everyone because you do have them! This can become a lawsuit due to the harassment and false nature of accusation of nonpayment of rent.

I am going on my third year here at the property and honestly have zero complaints. The neighborhood is always quiet and peaceful, the current management takes great care of the property. Convenient dog park for those with pets. The office staff is always friendly and understanding, the maintenance is always quick and gets the job done every time. I am considering staying here another year based on how smooth these past three have went alone. Greatly appreciative for the staff and all their help!

Quality of this apartment does not match the rent, i’m continuously finding random things falling out the wall that came pre installed in the apartment, the walls are made of drywall so nothing holds, i had to wait almost three months when i moved in to get a new water heater because my shower wouldn’t get hot, nobody answers the phone for the office/it’s always closed. There is NO storage inside this apartment. 1300 rent for it to start falling apart a week in. Mirror fell of the wall, cabinet handles falling out, door siding/frame fell off, can’t drill any shelves because they will just fall right out, even though we desperately need them because it’s no storage. Yellow sticky liquid drips from my bathroom walls. I would try to contact the office about figuring something out about this,

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The maintenance guy was the only good thing about this place, as he was always kind and professional. Outdated everything else for the ridiculous rent and management is trash. We were never told via lease or management that we had to take utilities out of our name when moving out. Now, we're stuck with over $400 past due in utilies user by strangers living in our prior apartment, with Willowcreek refusing to take any kind of responsibility. Also, as other reviews said, theyre impossible to get ahold of. Had an email ignored for over a week and took calling multiple times on different days to receive an answer. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
