I loved my time at living at the landings. When moving in, I was going through a really rough patch of my life emotionally and the apartment was exactly what I needed. I loved the apartment, but I also love the surrounding area. My son and I went for walks nearly daily on the trail. The staff were always attentive and timely. The apartment complex does keep up on updating things during the one year I lived there. They did replace the carpet, replaced all windows, repair to the parking lot as well as other various updates. I felt very safe living there, which was the most important because I lived alone for the first time in 13 years. Lisa was so great to me at the end of my lease and did her very best to help me through the closing of buying my first home on my own and ending my lease agre

We lived at The Landings At The Preserves for 6 years, in a third floor, 2 bed, two bath unit. We enjoyed our home tremendously. It was conveniently located and a safe place to live. The staff was outstanding. Lisa and her staff always went above board to take care of any needs that arose. I highly recommend this complex, because of the staff and quality of the apartment we lived in.

Lisa and Ashlee were fantastic and very helpful as to making my decision to lease an apartment at The Landings. I looked at several places to lease since I was relocating short term to the Marshall area. They were also very accommodating when I informed them I needed to get out of my lease to relocate back to Louisville to work at a different project. I would recommend The Landings to anyone without any hesitation. When it would snow, the sidewalks were always clear so no one would slip and fall. The parking lots were also cleared. A great place and the entire team were great!

Being older it was a chore for us to move into our new home but it was absolutely worth the stress.. Management definitely made us feel welcome , thank you Lisa. Our home is absolutely beautiful, everything in perfect working condition. Very clean..I highly recommend the Landings at The Preserve for your next home. We couldn't be happier.
