Keystone Lake Apartments

I really enjoy living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it feels like the staff genuinely cares about making residents feel welcome. The office made the move-in process super easy, and anytime I’ve had a question or needed something taken care of, they’ve been friendly, approachable, and quick to help. Maintenance requests have been handled efficiently too, which makes everything so much easier. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, quiet place to live, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Chris did an amazing job replacing my washer! He replaced it and had everything cleaned up in less than 24 hours. Many thanks to him and Megan for acting so quickly.

I wanted share how pleased I am with living here.. I give the place five stars.! I had a small problem with my dishwasher and I reached out to the office to get maintenance. When I came home to my delight and surprise, they had given me a whole new dishwasher without me even asking for it. Chris is a great maintenance man and he comes right away and knows how to fix everything. It’s a well-maintained place , I would recommend it This is my second year living here. The living environment is very peaceful.

Megan is wonderful to work with and very attentive. she has made the entire application and move-in process easy.
