if their onboarding process is anything like living there, then I fear for the safety of anyone there. it was three weeks before I heard back from anyone after multiple follow ups, and it was clear they didn't read the message that they chose to reply to because they assumed facts that I had already claimed to be incorrect. so it seems like whoever is working the email only checks it once a month and struggles with reading comprehension. whew laddy, no wonder the Detroit V of A branch did not have anything positive to say about this place and tried to steer me in another direction.

The staff members are very dishonest and alot of of here are living with black mold, mice, roaches on top of the million and one other problems that they don't want to resolve. Then when you hold their payment until the property fixed things that cause health issues and clear danger the staff and management have made up a whole bunch of things to defame my character. The things in this letter that I'm accused of never transpired. I see why the turnover rate with management is extremely high

Waste of time! Claim they had something available, went thru the process after they got all my info I never heard from them again and they never returned my calls. Sketchy & weird! Kids everywhere cussing and screaming thru the entire place didn’t see not one parent in sight! Just take a ride and go look for yourself. Never mind don’t waste your time.
