The Milton

I’ve lived at The Milton for a little over two years now. Since day one it has been an awesome experience. The view from my apartment is absolutely gorgeous . I love being right downtown. We have a gym to burn off all the calories from eating at all of the yummy restaurants near by. We also have a really nice room for family gatherings. The building is beautiful and very well maintained. Friendly neighbors with a few adorable pets, and of course the lovely Vanessa with a smile every morning when I leave for work! She is the best.

I've lived at The Milton for a full year now, and it has truly been a great experience! The first thing that drew me to it was how clean and safe it felt, and that has remained true throughout my time here! A huge shoutout to Vanessa—she's been there for me since day one, always a friendly face when I need it (cue the Friends theme song 🎶). The building itself is absolutely beautiful, full of historic charm, and in a prime location. Being within walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, and an amazing library is such a bonus!! Even though it’s an early 1900s building with some maintenance quirks, the team is always quick to respond and resolve any issues. My wife and I lived at The Milton for almost two years and we absolutely loved our time there. The building is beautiful—the view was amazing, and all the amenities are well-preserved. What really sets this place apart, however, is the management. Vanessa is amazing! She was always there to support us as much as possible with whatever situation we faced. It was a great experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in Battle Creek.

I’ve been living at The Milton for about two months and it’s been a great experience so far. Vanessa the property manager has been super responsive professional and always on top of anything that comes up. Anytime something arises she handles it quickly and makes the process smooth and stress free. Huge shout out to Tobias Crowe from maintenance who is fast friendly and very reliable. Anytime something needs attention Tobias is on it right away. Overall it’s been a smooth accommodating experience with a friendly community vibe and it truly feels like an A team running this place. Highly recommend The Milton.

I’ve had a great experience with my property manager, Vanessa. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents at this community. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s been quick to respond and always follows through. She does an excellent job of making me feel heard and valued. It really makes a difference having a manager who is organized, approachable, and committed to providing a positive living experience. Highly appreciate everything she does.
