Willow Creek Apartments

The owner is rude,very nosy does not let you have company and the worst part is I went out of town for two weeks came back to all my things setting out of my apartment I was furious!! She said she thought I left my apartment Vacant since she didn’t see me for two weeks! I Called the cops they said take her to small clames Court. All my money order Receipts was in a dresser in my room she set out and someone already took that as well as most of my Possessions so I had no proof I paid rent! This woman needs to be in prison!

Black mold, walls bend in, plumbing sucks (BAD) the owner is rude, careless, selfish, heartless, doesn’t allow us to have company, if something stops working it’s OUR FAULT it’s 100 yrs old and broke or stopped working. The wiener comes and goes out of peoples apt with no warning and as As she pleases. Her personality and attitude toward anyone of color or has kids is disgusting!!! I hate it here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Most horrid landlord. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional management and office staff. My boyfriend recently lost a family member who passed in his apartment. Before the police were able to call their sister, an employee named Sharon LEFT A VOICEMAIL TELLING HER THAT HER BROTHER HAD DIED. Not only did she call prior to police/official notification, she asked that they move his belongings same day. How completely disgraceful! I am livid. My Christian heart tells me to pray for you and I will as soon as my blood pressure lowers. It’s an absolute shame that you, Sharon, are allowed to speak to the public or even speak on the telephone. This review is the first of my rants. You will speak to me personally.

Me and my fiancé, moved into these apartments back in 2017 when it was under different ownership. While living there, Sharon Castle, had bought the place. That’s when things went downhill. There are too many incidents that occurred, so I’ll touch base on a couple. Firstly, we were asleep in bed, when Sharon took it upon herself to walk into our apartment, to our bedroom, opened the door, and said “Hello, is anyone home!”. This was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and unannounced. She never once implied she was stopping by, giving us a 24 hour notice or anything of the sort. Thankfully for her sake, neither of us are gun owners.. because if someone just comes into your house you think the unexpected and protect yourself. We have had nothing but a great experience with the Landlord and our apartment. We have been here for for six years and have and the rental company that was here before was horrible (RNA). Sharon Castle has always been friendly to us, fair and have been quick as possible on any repairs. It is quiet here and peaceful and has access to stores, the green belt and by-pass. Our heating/AC unit needed to be replaced and was replaced with a brand new unit. As a matter of fact over the last couple of years she has replaced many heat/AC units with brand new units in many of the apartments here. To those complaining about the pool ,well the pool was open last year but isn’t this year because of COVID, and other issues the previous rental company left many things in disrepair and the Castles were
