I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes over the years, and I can confidently say this has been the best experience I've ever had. From day one, the entire staff has gone above and beyond to make this community feels like home. Donya, the property manager, is truly exceptional. She's not only professional and organized, but she genuinely cares about the residents. Whether it's answering questions, resolving concerns, or just being a friendly face around the property, Donya consistently goes the extra mile. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in making sure everyone feels heard and valued. It's rare to find someone in property management who is this responsive, kind, and dedicated. Over the course of two years me and my kids have had an amazing experience living here! The staff is super nice and really care about others living. Donya (the manager) is very professional with everything she does (in red) and has a great attitude about everything! I highly recommend living here. Any small maintenance problems I’ve ever had was fixed almost immediately!! We love it here!

I've lived here for over a year now and I can proudly say that this property is the most cleanest, well kept, and well maintenance of them all! All of the staff are kind and respectful to tenants. Donya has been the best Renter I’ve had, always very quick to get fixes made and things done, the apartments are very nice, spacious and clean. The area is very close to all fast food chain restaurants and everything needed in the area. I couldn’t recommend anywhere better!

My husband and I took a chance on renting out a place from Doyna not knowing who she was we never meet her due to we where moving from Washington state to Owensboro ky. we only talk to doyna on the phone she said she had a place for us to live. We packed our things and move across country not knowing what the apartment look like or knowing if it was a scam. When we arrived we meet doyna she was very nice and open arms and welcome us to Owensboro ky. Doyna has been the greatest manger since we have been here for couples month the maintenance guys are very nice and fix things quick. My husband and I love to live here and would recommend other people to rent from her
