I recently listed with Jacklyn Midkiff because my ex partner suggested her. At first I sensed lots of deliberation over minor things. We verbally agreed on a list price but when posted was lower. When I asked her why the list price was different than what we had confirmed, she got very defensive. I responded back telling her we had agreed on this price.
