Jagoe Homes: Corporate Office

I have worked with many Jagoe representatives and in many many Jagoe homes. Also talked with many of the homeowners. My personal experience with their staff and seeing their homes is great personalities and a consistent well built product. And the experience I hear about from the homeowners is one that is a low stress, which building can be very stressful, and straight forward process. To me, that’s a great way to go when building!

I was hesitant to build a home 600 miles from where I live, especially since it was on my own lot, but the entire team at Jagoe made it so easy. They were great from the initial design work, revisions I wanted to an existing floor plan, and site work that had to be done to make this home possible. The framing crew was amazing, and all the finishes were top notch. Their warranties are a great incentive. I would highly recommend Jagoe to anyone considering building a new home. Mike, the construction superintendent was the best!

I purchased a house from Jagoe in July 2021, and definitely at a premium price - the price had increased by $8,000 in one month. I have had never ending problems with the house, and no professional response from anybody at Jagoe Homes. I have had standing water in my yard for 5 months, and twice Jagoe sent a "landscaper" to solve the problem. The last attempt I was never even notified they were coming or what they were doing. Now, after sending photos to the representative from Jagoe who is supposed to take care of issues on new homes, she is again sending the "landscaper" out to solve the problem. All they do is sell and leave you standing and not doing anything about the problems. I have other issues that I have been waiting to get addressed, and not even a response from the repres

Built with Jagoe in 2017, have had many issues with the quality of products. Pieces of Siding had to be fixed within first 6 months, paint used is poor quality, air conditioning had to have places replaced already, dishwasher already broken, carpet is coming up at the seam already. If you have a choice, find a different builder.

I've worked with Jagoe Homes for several years and have always been impressed and pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their homes. I've sold several Jagoe Homes and referred my clients to them to build them their dream homes. The people at Jagoe are amazing and they have a great reputation.
