I have rented from her twice on Bittle Rd & my son rented from her as well, I think very highly of Rose, she has been such a Godsend to me & my sons. Being a single mom, she really looked after us. ( Thank you Rose) I miss living on Bittle Rd, good family get togethers. I miss living in a home with a back yard, maybe one day we rent from her again. 🌹 Rose Realtor, you can't go wrong. We moved to Owensboro from Memphis and were having the worst of luck finding a rental property that were both pet friendly and carport equipped. We also don't have the best of credit. We drove around and happened upon a house in an area of town we liked and decided to give Rose Reality a call. Even though it wouldn't be up for rent for another week, Rose happily let us have the keys to check it out. We loved it, told her our situation and she was amazingly understanding. We're very happy with our new home here in Owensboro. These guys are top notch. I'm only giving them five stars because I can't give them six.

I've been living in my duplex apartment for 3 years. For a 2 bedroom/1 bath I pay $465 monthly, which I had to pay an extra $15 because of the request to have new carpet installed before I moved in, it was green and had iron burns all over it and smelled like cigarettes. But I feel money should be put into the place. $465 a month for the past 3 years is a total of $16,740.00. At least 3 times a year the plumbing is always messing up. I'm just not financially prepared to buy a home.

Horrible and rude! They have guidelines for renting and then once you made sure you met each one of them and paid the application fee they deny due to not a “high” enough credit score- which is a LIE it states on the application credit score of 500 or above and our credit score was well over that score!!!
