Delta Management

I signed a new lease with Delta Management on December 16 and was thrilled to start making my new place feel like home. Although the previous cleaning was satisfactory, I was eager to add my personal touch. Over the past week, I've been diligently cleaning to move in by this weekend. During my cleaning, I encountered a few issues with the kitchen sink and toilet, but Delta Management promptly sent a maintenance worker who exceeded my expectations, not only fixing the problems but also offering valuable cleaning tips and lending a hand with scrubbing the tub, the window above the sink, the blinds above the sink, under the kitchen sink, and cleaning other areas after I had left the home. The next day, I returned to find a note he left, detailing everything he did and providing helpful advice

First off, I have had a rental with Delta Management for 4 years now. Their staff has always been super friendly and anytime I’ve had an issue(not very often), they have always addressed it promptly. That being said, I had a plumbing issue the night of the icy storm and they sent a young man named Jason. He was the sweetest and most respectful young man I have ever met. He went above and beyond, even going home in the nasty weather to grab more parts and tools. You just don't find that kind of service nowadays. I so appreciate what he did to fix the issue.

We had a maintenance man named Jason come by today and worked on our plumbing. He was polite and respectful and got the job done for us. We are very appreciative of delta for employing good people in the field and office

A tree fell on the house and damaged the roof over the living room. The team who put the new roof on did a great job. And Jason, the maintenance guy, just killed it reconstructing the living room, painting, and DEEP cleaning. Even cleaned the couch and the recliners and fixed our jacked up ceiling fan. Great work!

I have lived in this home for 4 years and the newest maintenance man named Jason has definitely been the best and nicest one we've had the whole time I've been here! He always makes sure whatever he's here to work on is fixed before leaving!
