Willamalane Apartments

Since Guardian Management took over, everything has improved so much in a short period of time. We have the nicest manager Brandon — very professional, friendly, and even passed out candy to all of us for Halloween. Guardian Management did a walkthrough, and the few things that needed attention were fixed by maintenance within less than a week. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It really shows they care about the residents and the community

These apartments have been a safe and amazing place for my boys and myself to live. We've been here three years and I love the family orientedness too the complex. We all are a family and we watch each other's backs and stick together. ❤️ We even have an apartment wide neighborhood group. Its been great 👍.

Really enjoy living in this apartment complex. Very kind, love that it has a washer and dryer on site. Would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family.

This is the friendliest, cleanest, most enjoyable place I have ever lived. Most of that is because of the manager Jennifer. She is fair, just, easy to talk to and cares deeply about each and everyone that lives in the complex. The flowers and grounds have that awesome curbside appearance.

This apartment complex is ran by a completely incompetent person who violates your tenant rights. I have been harassed and threatened continuously over the last year and a half by the new apartment manager. Your personal information is shared with everyone else and evictions or notices to vacate are handed out for made up reasons. You get no peace in your own home because of the environment created here. Don't move here this environment is toxic and getting worse by the day.
