The Heights Apartments

I have lived here for 3 years. Every maintenance request has been submitted twice because they don't fix it the first time. They have towed me 5 times for parking in my assigned parking spot with my assigned vehicle. I originally rented our unit because it had two pools, which I specifically talked to the apartment manager about, pool was ripped out that summer. 10/10 would not recommend living here. My Apartment sits at 85 in the summer and has no air flow. The floors are so warped every item along the walls has a 2inch lean and has to be attached to the wall to stay upright. Complex manager has a very aggressive dog and will attack your dog.

Great place to live. Manager is always kind. Maintenance is on point. Good neighbors. Clean and one feels safe. The property is well kept. I love it here. I have went through couple roomates, because I do not want to move, I feel seen, heard and safe. Tayts "Lindsey " Scott

My experience was great, the management keeps the whole units in a neat and clean condition, they respond promptly if I had any issues regarding maintenance and always fixed or replaced whatever it was needed. The office people are also very nice, polite and helpful with anything I needed. Prices are reasonable and the apartments are cozy, clean and functional. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.

Management is always very helpful and friendly and maintenance is always on top of everything. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of and all in all its been a quiet, great place to live.

The leasing managers are very friendly and will give you a walk through of the different apartment options.. great amenities, modern appliances, and in a safe neighborhood, you can't beat it
