Concord Crossing

One complaint is current, regarding landscaping. I returned to my home on Thursday the 15th and found my parking space blocked by yard debris that I had to drive over. It was removed the next day after I had to drive over it again. This was exceptionally irritating because I’ve been asking for a year for something to be done about the tree I park under that costs my money all year to clean my car and replace wiper blades and air filters. I understand it is going to be addressed in the autumn but that still means money out of my pocket to continue to keep my car safe and clean. Additionally this one storm away from dropping dead limbs on my car The second issue is my neighbors using the landing to store bikes, toys, bass and sometimes trash bags… it’s unsafe and unsightly… that is my fro

yes, the unit was renovated with new flooring, countertops, fridge, stove & dishwasher & the paint job was ok but their where many other things we noticed after moving in that was missed or short cuts they took to get the job done quickly. the worst part is the wall behind the toilet & the toilet tank. it was so black it almost looked like mold. it was disgusting!!! the bathroom closet & the kitchen pantry was also gross. the wood they had in their for shelving was warped & they did a half ass job painting the inside. i will discuss these issues with management see how their going to make it right.

Met with the property manager and he was an absolute gem! Fully transparent about the process and made it a no-preasure experience. Answered all of our questions and we could tell he loves his role in the community.

Edit: Maybe they have finally removed me from the lease, however they refuse to answer any of my questions and simply refused to process their end of the legally binding contract I and the other tenants signed until I held their feet to the fire. 25 days ago we had signed yet another addendum. In that time, I received 4 emails regarding the apartment despite having signed documents to remove me from the lease. I messaged two different people at the office a total of 4 times regarding this predicament since that sign date, this does not include the weeks long ordeal that occured prior. They simply refused to respond. They delayed completing their end of this contract simply because they disliked my tone of voice, that they did not like I was holding them accountable for their previous incom

Everything is good, just a few things: Would like to cool off in the pool I understand that we have to wait for inspection, not your fault. A covered smoking area would be awesome!!!
