Doug was awesome to work with! We were doing some late night shopping around for Inspection rates, I came across Hunter Home Inspections. Their rates were great and Doug was responding so quickly AND it was after hours. I can’t say enough great things about him and this company. He showed up 30 min early and was ready to rock and roll. He was very clear and concise, super personable and was very thorough with the inspection. We were over the moon pleased with this first inspection process for us, Doug made it easy for us. I could not recommend Doug ENOUGH! Great services!

I had a fantastic experience with Doug from Hunter Home Inspections. He performed a full home inspection, radon testing, and a sewer scope for us, and his work was incredibly thorough across the board. What really stood out, however, was his professionalism and patience. Due to some scheduling overlaps with contractors at the property, Doug actually had to come back multiple times to finish the job because the work areas were blocked. He was incredibly nice about the situation and handled the scheduling hiccups without any frustration. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled at the technical side of inspections and so easy to work with on a personal level. If you want an inspector who is meticulous and truly looks out for his clients, I highly recommend Doug.

Doug was fantastic to work with, from start to finish he made getting a home inspection easy. After setting up an appointment with an online scheduler I received a text and email with confirmation and the ability to ask Doug questions directly. Doug showed up before our appointment time and got straight to work. He walked us through each finding and let us know what each finding meant. Doug was incredibly thorough and answered all questions. We got our report back within 24 hours and the report showed everything from minor defects to things that needed to be addressed asap. His report included a ton of pictures and described what he was seeing. 10/10 would recommend Doug at Hunter Home Inspections to anybody needing a home inspection

Doug is the best! He was very thorough with his inspections, communicated all the issues he found with me and even to the site manager, and included all photos with indication which were the defects, adding detailed explanations in his timely report so the builders can correct them. He and Amanda were even more overly concerned with the small details than the buyer! Doug and Hunter Home Inspections are highly recommended if you want your home inspection done well and done right.
